HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGY INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE - SALEM & 20-12-2014 NEXT
Interview Experience :
I attended Hexaware pooled off-campus in Salem KIOT campus. It was a quiet difference experience for me. The first day they conduct written exam for the peoples those who are came, they separate IT an Non IT peoples as two categories and provide a set of different questions for us (IT, Non IT). It consists 75 questions.
-> English proficiency like (Synonyms, Verbal, etc. Easy to crack it.)
-> General knowledge (5 questions), (December 1 is - a) Aids day b) Womens day, etc.) Current affairs (who won the Bharat Ratna along with Sachin), etc. Very easy you don't need to prepare for it.
-> Then the remaining part contains only core basics. I am IT dept, so they ask some abbreviations like SQL, and find out the error (2 questions), Thread means, some basics from Java. I think almost 46 question from Technical.

-> They give some one additional blank sheet to write an essay on our own topic. Please prepare any topics of your own. Don't take it carelessly because that only going to help you in final HR. But the Essay surely not be any technical topic (project etc). Myself unemployment problem in India.
They announced the results within 15 mins, by surprisingly me got selected in 1st round to next one GD. Because, I am in zero % confidence about my Apps skill. Next they separate each 15 peoples as a group, Within our team we only need to select any topic, and they give some 30, 40 mins time to prepare for it. In Gd please be patience and try to give chance to others. Out of 15, they selected only 3 including me. Frankly saying me 3 of them told only 2, 3 points. But mostly dominated people get rejected, so be aware it.
Next day, they ask me to come for the Technical and Personal HR round. They give one sheet, in that sheet they ask one simple program to write in any language, for ECE they asked some Circuit Diagram. I get Prime number from 1 to 100. So I finished it well. In Technical HR, he ask me to explain the program and about my academic year project detail in depth, and some questions from DS, Java, like (joints, abstract, interface, uses of it, etc).
At the end of the interview, he ask me to go for the next personal HR like around 12 pm. we 3 of them wait for almost 9hrs. And finally 9.30 is my turn, but our fate the personal HR also be a Technical HR. Because of bulk of students cleared that previous rounds, he ask me write a steps and process behind the online application form, and diagram for that. What are the front end, back end, and how to link it.
Then they announce the result 9.45. By God grace, I got placed in HEXAWARE :) :) :).
