1. Why should I hire you?
Sir, As a fresher I want to start
my career with long term commitment and my profile is matching for this
position, I am not saying that you should hire me but if you hire me then I
prove myself as a valuable asset for the company.

4. What is
the difference between confidence and over confidence?
Confidence: I'm GREAT.
Over Confidence: Nobody is GREATER than me.
Over Confidence: Nobody is GREATER than me.
Just small a
difference if I say "I am suitable for this job" it is confidence. And
if I say "I am the only one suitable for this job" it is
overconfidence.
5. What is
the difference between hard work and smart work?
Hard work and Smart work are
nearly the same. The difference is the way of approach. When a complicated work
is assigned and this is done by using the basic rules in a large amount of time
its called Hard work whereas when the same complicated work is done by using
some tricks in less time it is called smart work.
Hard
Work: more physical work and only focuses on finishing the work.
Smart Work: more logical thinking and focuses on doing job more efficiently and in less time.

6. How do you
feel about working nights and weekends?
Sir by frank I would like to enjoy the weekend with my family &
friends. But if my presence is necessary for the organization. So I will
definitely to do my work.
7. Can you
work under pressure?
Working under pressure
is very difficult when we feel it is difficult. But i would like to enjoy with
the work, there is no chance to feel pressure. It is my experience in the
school & college days. So I am always to work under pressure.
8. Are you willing
to relocate or travel?
Yes sir, It is best opportunity
to learn new things from new people of new culture in new environment.
9. What
motivates you to do good job?
Sir, appreciation and
criticism both motivate me to do a good job. The drive of learning new things,
new challenges and job satisfaction also contribute a lot in motivating me.
10. What
makes you angry?
Its a human nature so I also get
angry sometimes. If my work is getting interrupted by someone but I have
patience, I don't like to hurt anyone I know how to handle such situations
patiently even at my work place or at home.
11. Give me
an example of your creativity
There is no certain example right
now. But everyone has creativity in some field or in other. But he/she needs to
apply at right time and at right place.
How long can you commit to work with us?
I like new
challenges and a chance to my growth. As long as I keeping getting these, I
don’t think I’ll need to switch over. I’d like to believe that this
relationship lasts for many years. However, I haven’t set a time limit as such.
No sir, I am not a
overqualified because no one was over qualified without experience.

Right now my career option is to

organisation we have to punctual, dedicated, quickly adapt of environment and
positive working attitude I have all of these qualities so I will prove an

My outside interest is hearing
songs. It makes me fresh. Surfing internet gives me a lot of info which keeps
me up to date about what is happening around the world. I would like to spend
time with my parents. Because they are the best gift of my life.
Probably I would say no for lie.
It’s totally depending on condition, if my lie creates the positive impact to
the company and it was useful to many people, then I will lie.
I
would not tell a no or yes to this questions. Because sometimes telling lie is
better if there is a benefit to a mass, that is if the whole organisation is
dependent and will improve and develop by my simple lie then I must tell it.
But being a part of reputed companies as yours will never lead me to such a
situation, its my belief and faith. I must abide myself to my values first,
otherwise for my personal benefits beyond the company's mass.
In this world no one is perfect.
Everybody have their own positives and Negatives. I take the positives of each
person I met as an inspiration to me.
I
am inspired from my mother. Because of her hardworking and punctuality. My
mother wake early in the morning everyday and start her work. After lots of
thinking I realizes that I have holidays in my life but my mother have not a
single holiday in her lifetime
My
inspiration is my Mother; She may be the homemaker but she control's and
manages everything in the home. Her treating with everyone inspired me a lot.
She never share her sadness with everyone but the happiness. I have learnt lot
from her like hardworking, getting the work done, discipline etc..
I
inspired by my father. Who sacrifice his happy and made to others joy. He
motivated whenever I get trouble. Even we belong from poor family. He never
restrict me for anything. And gave me joyful life to my family. He never falls
down when he get any kind of trouble. I inspired by his self confident.
Upto now I had not
taken any toughest decision. Because I had considered everything as a part of
life. I didn't felt that it is the toughest. Because I believe in that emotions
won't provide solutions to problems.
No sir, I don't have any idea about
business. My aim is to work in a reputed organization. I will do work hard for
your organization. My focus is on improving my performance and advance career
in growth of the company.
Sir, in my point of view success
means achieving a goal. The outcome
may be favourable or not but it motivates us to move forward in life and we
